The Queen's Christmas Pageant

The Queen's Christmas Pageant is a poignant poem about the Queen and the rest of the royal family celebrating Christmas together.

First, the Queen hosts a royal pageant, with multi coloured floats, buses and an appearance from Father Christmas, who appears in an exploding giant bauble. Later, the royal family prepare for Christmas Day, and the children think they hear Father Christmas putting out presents for them downstairs as they turn over and go back to sleep. The next morning, the palace is filled with excitement as the family opens their gifts, with the children receiving splendid toys.
